We wanted a solution compatible with our procurement information system (SI Achats) that also ensured legal compliance for our 2,500 suppliers.

Data Collection Before Aprovall

Before implementing Aprovall, we relied on biannual email campaigns sent to our primary suppliers and managed legal document compliance manually.

The difficulty in collecting legal documents from suppliers, which added no value for our buyers, and the challenge of tracking our compliance drove us to seek a reliable solution for document collection and supplier monitoring.

Implementation of the Tool

Through document centralization, Aprovall allows each client to benefit from suppliers’ uploaded legal documents, eliminating the need to request updates if the supplier is already using Aprovall. This information is automatically available to us.

Seamless integration with our procurement system was essential. Supported by our Aprovall representative, the solution was fully implemented in two months.

The most time-intensive task was creating the integration file with all the necessary supplier information for the platform. The key to a quick project rollout is having complete, high-quality supplier data (e.g., contact info, SIRET number).

We received training on the tool, enabling us to manage it independently. Now, one person from the procurement team manages Aprovall on an ad hoc basis.

Our buyers no longer need to handle document collection, as Aprovall has automated this process, providing significant time and cost savings. We also have improved visibility on tracking and compliance. Aprovall has brought us time savings and better oversight of supplier compliance, ensuring legal adherence and structuring our processes around regulatory requirements.
